5. Fees and Charges

Finstack may charge fees for certain services. The fees applicable to transactions will be disclosed to you before you complete the transaction. By proceeding with the transaction, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its related systems.

7. Payments

You authorise Finstack to process your payments for transactions initiated via the Platform. All payments will be processed in accordance with our Payment Policy, and Finstack reserves the right to withhold payments if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Finstack. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the property of Finstack or its licensors. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

Finstack reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or engaging in illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Liability

Finstack provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Finstack disclaims all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
